Sorry to leave here but I'm not spending an hour to call and report like.last time, so yall can deal with it this time. But yall got some pretty great drivers on the road, this one in particular likes to park across 2 handicap spots, the only handicap spots, been there for around 10 minutes now and have seen at least one handicap vehicle have to park else where. I came in with a USB drive needing to print about 8 documents. At UPS, you just hand them the drive, tell them how many copies you need, and they handle it easily behind the counter. Instead, the staff here refused to do that and forced me to use the self-service machine, which required me to painstakingly load and process every single file one at a time.
When I asked an employee for help, he actually gave a little laugh, replied, "What do you want me to do?" and offered zero assistance.
I also needed a standard copy of the front and back of my driver's license on a single page for an official application. The employee confidently told me the machine couldn't do it, said I was "welcome to try," and actually recommended I just print the front and back on two separate pages and submit it that way.. I mean did I ask for your advice on how to do my application?
To top it off, there wasn't even a basic paper cutter available for customer use. Meanwhile, two employees (the smirker and another one) who weren't busy at all just stood chatting at the back of the office the entire time instead of doing their jobs. Save your time and take your USB to UPS instead

I get trouble-free deliveries at my front door from Amazon, UPS, USPS, DHL and others. But I know if I get a delivery note from FedEx, there is going to be a long sequence of failed deliveries, phone calls, two emails on the same day, one saying out for delivery, one saying come and pick it up. My defense: first question when buying on line is who do you ship with? If they say FedEx, I hang up.
I come here to print. Everything else is ridiculously expensive. Do your research on canvas prints, shipping, photos, etc., before you purchase from here.
