Never ever use Fedex and their scam third party services for passports. Go through the post office for professional services and fees that are more than half of what FedEx will charge. They will rip you off and make it difficult to contact any customer service rep.

Storage manager was extremely rude and uninterested to help or explain. What a waste of my time going back and forth between my house. Ryan, on the other hand was a lot more helpful and understanding.
