  Bad experience with these guys I had a delivery today between 11am and 1pm whoever delivered said I wasn’t home when I’m right at my door on my couch now nobody want answer they wait until I get a whole to them

  Just had the best experience at this DHL. Ramona went above and beyond to help me get my package shipped to my son in Mexico. So patient and helpful!

  Absolutely the worst shipping service I've ever experienced. The package arrived in Phoenix on the 22nd and tracking said it was on a truck for delivery, it was NEVER delivered. Then it noted the package was at their service center that evening, it supposedly has been there ever since. The phone number disconnects after a brief message saying to try the live chat. Live chat indicates there are no live agents available. At this point I am involving AmEx for a refund from the seller because at over $1,000.00 I'm not willing to take the hit. DHL is the worst!
