  Helli google and cricket friends. Lets it be known that Karol was the only one able to get rid of the talkback feature on my phone. Was driving the whole house crazy for 3 days. Went to Karol and she did an outstanding job. Above and beyond. I really appreciate it. Sincerely Kevin US army First CAV Division. I recommend all veterans to come to Karol for all your phone needs.
