  I highly recommend this Cricket location on 35th Avenue and Southern! I came in after having a very frustrating experience at another Cricket store where I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. From the moment I walked into this location, the ladies were extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. I explained that I was locked out of my account and needed help resetting my PIN, unlocking my phone, and making a payment. Instead of sending me back to customer service or telling me they couldn’t help, they actually took the time to figure out the problem and get everything taken care of. They were able to unlock my phone, help me get a new PIN, and process my payment. What I had been told couldn’t be done at the other location was handled here without all the runaround. I really appreciate the ladies who helped me today. This is exactly what good customer service should look like—listening to the customer, being willing to help, and finding a solution. If you’re having an issue with your Cricket account or phone, I definitely recommend coming to the 35th Avenue and Southern location. Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience!
