  I went to this Cricket Wireless location on Tuesday, 4/21/26. I was going there to have new SIM cards installed in both of my phones. The representative that helped me was named KEYRA. I was all nervous that I would lose photos, contacts, etc... She assured me that would not happen. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me. I truly appreciate the kind of customer service that I received from her. Thank you KEYRA. 😊

  I was in this store and Keyra was very nice and helpful and a good patient listener. I came in with a lot of drama and she was very kind and helped me out a lot.
