  The associate Pedro was very attentive to my questions for an upgrade. He direct me on my course of obtaining a new phone and gave prompt instructions for activating my phone. Thank you my cricket and Pedro for the superb work in customer service

  I got to this store @1:40pm to find it closed with no sign of being closed the lights where on so I waited until someone opened it at 1:53pm. I came in because I have changed my number many times since I started service with this company. Reason why is because of spam calls and msgs. I had called customer service representative all the times I called is the same guy answering me the call after leaving me waiting for a hour every time I called the waiting period got worst just to find out it's the same guy. Is he the only customer service representative for this company. Anyways I went to explain the situation and everything this employee said there was nothing he can do. Because they closed my phone number I couldn't get it back they closed it like if the service had been disconnected for 30 days when this just happened on the 4th of this month. He didn't try to do anything not even call customer service or he's supervisor to see what he could do. I showed him the pic of calls and msgs but still he did nothing. I waited outside the store for my ride. A few customers had entered while I was there. After they left he locked the door again around 2:15 pm this is ridiculous. Who ever owns this store needs to keep an eye on there employees I consider this stilling on the job. If someone can help me with this a serious employee for example. I didn't receive a courtesy msgs or anything to remind me the service would be disconnected by the 4th. Who ever is in charge of employees at customer service I request an investigation for everything that has being happening with my phone line. Thanks for your attention.

  Loved my visit here at this store. Pedro and the girls who work there , helped me lots. They gave me information over the phones I was interested in. They helped me meet my needs and wants. I loved it!!!
