  I could not get help at cricket. The lady said no English. She don't understand. So I bought a cricket phone at Walmart for 110.00 cheaper and they helped me. I will not go back a d ask for help again.

  Their phone's service and reception and data is great. But they do not cater to customers that have been with them for twenty plus years. They only care about new customers and don't care about current no deals no nothing. Twenty plus years of service and you get no discount whatsoever on anything. Any other place they love, repeat customers and current customers. Reliability is what they count on cricket does not do that

  really bad customer service,when they cut my sim card they cut it wrong and they refuse to replace it I definetely won't reccommend this place to anyone.

  Yes that young Guy Doesn't know how to do his Job right trying to get an extra buck!!! I will tell everyone to not go here, you will get robbed by the little Mexican dude with the gay mustache...
