  This place gives abysmal customer service. Young lady behind the counter would not help me after I had an accident and cracked my screen. She dismissively said " We don't fix phones here". Even if that is the case, how about assisting your customers with a phone number to call or a name of someone that can assist, or literally anything at all. I would rather drive to the other side of town for help than to ever go back to this establishment.

  Eddie and Miriam, are super helpful and nice. They help us picked out the best plan so we can save. Also they are friendly with great customer service!
