  I went into this Cricket location in Phoenix just to ask a few basic questions, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager, Rosy, was completely dismissive the entire time. No matter what I was saying, she kept talking to me in a very disrespectful and disregarding way, almost like she was playing some kind of game instead of actually trying to help a customer. From my experience, when someone handles a situation like that, it often feels like they believe you won’t hold them accountable. That’s not how customers should be treated when they walk into a business simply looking for assistance. Go here if you trying to do cardio.

  Trash location I was being charged for warranty and the employee decide it to remove it when I had already paid for it this month and when I asked for her managers info and phone she didn't provide it and said they could do nothing when this phone was purchased less than 4 months ago.
