  Went to buy my mom a new phone for Christmas. I had specific questions about what I wanted, and she only told me about 1 phone, when there is several others, than that 1 particular expensive phone. Went to another cricket, and got the service, I should have gotten @ the first cricket.

  I was just in there and asked a simple question and the store employee couldn't even look me in the eyes she just replied "can you wait a few minutes I'm busy" staring at her computer. Never going there again.
