I’ve been a customer of Cricket for over 5 years and this was the worst customer service experience I’ve had with Cricket. The rep was super nice to the people before me but when I explained I was having problems with filing my claim online she threw a pamphlet at me and said call the number. When I tried to explain she cut me off and said just call the number I don’t deal with this. I tried to ask her something and she smacked her lips at me. I’m starting to think it’s time to switch carriers!

Worst cricket store in Phoenix. I'll never go back here. I'll make sure to tell everyone I know not to come to this store either. There is a young Hispanic woman who works here who has the most rude and evil attitude. I went in with a friend to try to get service. My friend asked the young girl a simple question and the little girl had the worst attitude. When we confronted her about her attitude, she gave us another attitude about her not having an attitude. I've never felt so disrespected in my entire life. This little girl has ruined my chances of ever being a cricket customer. And my friend is now switching to another wireless service as well. I'm boycotting cricket until this little girl is fired. I really think she had an attitude because we are African American. She was being nice to everyone else who was not black. We did nothing wrong. We were polite and respectful and that little girl had no reason to give us attitude. I'm sending this to everyone I know. stay away from this store!!!!!!! I'm posting this on yelp and every other blog.
