  Thank you Diana for your great customer service. I went in the store with a couple of questions and she helped me upgrade my phone and add a line to my account. She helped me transfer all my info. She was very kind; always kept the conversation going. Will be going back.

  Great store, great customer service! Diana was really persistent! On getting me finished with my new line, very helpful, her service was remarkable, would definitely recommend this store to any cricket customers!

  Fui atendida por Vanessa. Agregó unos audífonos, un cargador y una batería portátil a mi contrato de Progressive sin preguntarme ni tener mi autorización. Ahora, para corregir algo que yo no autoricé, quieren que devuelva TODO, incluyendo mi teléfono, que vuelva a aplicar a Progressive y que además vuelva a pagar $50 de activación. Me parece totalmente injusto tener que pagar nuevamente y arriesgarme a no ser aprobada por algo que hizo la empleada sin mi consentimiento. Muy mala experiencia

  I just called, a young lady answered. Didn’t get her name because she didn’t have a greeting, just said hello. I asked if I was calling crickets she said yeah. Never had I had such horrible service at Cricket Wireless. I have been a customer for 15+ years. Maybe it’s time to switch to T-Mobile. All I wanted to do was to upgrade. Do not call or go to this store. They won’t help. And then just hang up on you.
