  So this is what happened, basically my mom decided to purchase a cell phone for my little brother, while they were at it the lady said that it would be $168 for a phone?! My mom didn't complain cuz she thought it was fine and that they would add a screen protector, charger, or a case but they didn't! So when they left the place moments later she receives a message saying they charged her $60, for what?! And the next day we went to another cricket wireless store and we told them about the situation, and they told us that basically the lady stole from us and they explained that the phone doesn't cost that much so why were she charging us to much? The good thing that they gave us our money back, to be honest we have never experienced this, so I just want to say to be careful and don't forget to ask for your receipt! And I really hope she gets fired!
