  Ac was on high when we got there it had been storming so cool outside. No heat in room wouldnt fix it no extra rooms. Food was terrible coffee was terrible very basic and I will personally never stay again

  Booked a room here for my wife after she had a long day of travel, flying in to Phoenix. She arrived at the hotel and realized she had lost her wallet somewhere between the hotel lobby and Sacramento. 10:30pm. The receptionist called her manager and they both for some reason agreed that despite the fact that I had paid in full through Booking.com and they had my CC info, and my wife had her passport for ID, they couldn't let her stay there without a physical CC present, which of course she didn't have. Luckily we were able to get tap pay set up on her phone so she could get gas and make the 2.5 hour drive home up through elk country at night- huge risk when you're tired. The manager called her at 1am when she was just getting home that actually they could let her stay there. Totally useless. Abysmal customer service, and kicking someone while they were down. I filed complaints to try to get my prepayment back and it's been crickets, they have totally ignored it- just issued a charge back. Heartless and thieves to boot.

  Most of the staff were friendly, except for one. He complained about his job most times. The electric port to charge my car went out during the night and when we asked about it, he shrugged, gave us a card of someone to call and dismissed it. We obviously called and were told that it was the hotel breaker that went out. HOTEL PROBLEM and he didn't even try. All our plans had to be rearranged due to the hotel and they didn't care!! I ran out of tissue and were given a box with 5 tissue left. Are you hurting that bad for money?? Our view of the pool was a ripped awning and trash that was there our entire stay of 4 days. Pool was dirty. I stunk when i got out. TERRIBLE cheap pillows. Breakfast was …ok. In 4 days the hallways weren’t vacuumed. DO BETER !!

  Just checked in yesterday and its been a nice place so far. The continental Breakfast was good. Eggs were not hot but still warm

  Love the place, not fancy but a very convenient location to all the stores and the highway. Got a king bedroom with sofa bed for 10 days here and love the room so far, very spacious. The morning buffet is simple but really nice to have, usually serving biscuits and gravy, omelets, sausage, bacon, pancakes (if the machine isn’t broken). The house keeping works hard keeping this place clean and the breakfast stocked too, so….much love to those ladies and gentlemen. My only complaint is I wish they made the coffee stronger, sold energy drinks at the front desk, and provided a couple of laundry pods with the rooms. Also talked with Brandon at the front desk, he’s cool, super helpful guy.
