  Served me raw chicken when I asked for a refund they said there is no way to give me confirmation of a refund and it will take 7 to 10 days the workers were spraying cleaning chemical on top of the fryer while there wqs chicken in the fryer DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK

  I came here to order some fresh wings and I was not impressed. First off I noticed the store was not as well put together as other wingstops and I would blame that on the franchisee. The employees were playing around on their phone and not very responsive when it came to my request for flat wings extra cooked for my 10-piece combo. We were there around 1:00 in the morning and I noticed that there was wings already precooked. When we got our order the wings were not fully cooked as we requested them being crispy with an extra 5 minutes of time and the french fries were mushy and not cooked all the way with no seasoning on them at all. When I complained the manager agreed that the wings were most likely old and said that they have a whole time of 13 minutes and I believe it exceeded that. I prefer my food to be cooked from start to finish not cooked and left in a basket over the fryer for 13 minutes to be dropped back in oil to be heated up and then sauced and hand it to me... That is old food and it tasted like oil. I ended up getting a refund with a horrible receipt that just was zeroed out instead of an actual refund receipt and told if I don't get my money in 5 days to call the store back. I will be calling Wingstop and complaining about this franchisee as it seems like their standards are not kept up with Wingstop. So needless to say I did not eat food and I was short $20 for my meal. I would not come here late at night when they're not serving a large volume of food because the food is not fresh. Horrible 😡
