  I turned in 2 Amazon returns for LEGO sets at this location.(unboxed as requested) One was stolen after I gave it to this place, and I was charged again for the item after they had refunded me. It took 3 weeks, and by then I had just barely thrown away my receipt from this ups store. Don't go here.

  They are always quick! I have sent way more amazon returns than I would like to admit, I am always ready with my qr code or I even print out the label if I have multiple. Be kind to these had workers and they are kind back. Today was my first time need a notary and they do that too! I made an appointment online easily but if the notary is there, I imagine you wouldn't need to. It was only $10 per signature and was done immediately. Thanks guys!!

  I find this store so convenient and the staff is very courteous. However on two occasions I have had Amazon telling me that they haven’t received their product and was going to charge me. But I keep my receipts and calls customer service for Amazon to let them know that I turned it in at the ups store. It could be laziness when they do what they have to do, but I’ve never been charged because I called which is an inconvenience.

  Not sure if this is family-owned or what, but the guy working Sundays shouldn’t be the face of this location. He’s not friendly at all and honestly looks like he doesn’t even want to be there. I run a shoe business and have always used this spot to ship orders to my customers, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Family-owned or not, customer service matters—and this isn’t it.

  I've dropped off Amazon returns to this location several times and never had any problems! The staff is friendly and fast!
