Went to Subway, inside of Walmart today. The staff today was amazing! Helpful and kind. Great customer service! I will be going back.

I’ve been coming to this Subway since it first opened, and over time I’ve seen quite a few changes in managers and employees. I’ve honestly watched this location struggle, and unfortunately I’ve experienced some employees who didn’t seem to care much about their work or customer service.
Recently, they hired a young woman named Jasmin, and she was truly a breath of fresh air. You could tell she genuinely enjoyed her job. She made beautiful sandwiches, had a positive attitude, and made me actually excited to keep coming back to this location.
Not long after, a new manager came in. On several occasions, I saw Jasmin doing her best to handle customers while he offered little to no help. I often saw him outside smoking or on his phone while she was inside working hard.
I recently stopped by hoping she’d be there, only to find out she had been fired. I honestly think that was a poor decision. She brought light, energy, and care to this restaurant — something that has been missing for a while.
As a loyal customer since this store opened, this situation is really disappointing. I’ve seen too much, and I won’t continue to support a business that doesn’t seem to value or respect employees who truly care about their work.

Worst subway on the planet i guess. Staff need training. All I needed was a veggie wrap. Which costs $10.27. Not even a handful of spinach, 4 tomatoes slices, 3 jalapeños, 8-10 onions slice-lets and cheese. When asked for more spinach that kid just added, 2 leaves.. asked for more and started telling his co worker we were trying get more. I paid for it and all i vould taste was the flour wrap. Tossed in the trash and got out.
Ordered online, showed up to the subway in a timely matter to pick up. I've ordered multiple times at this location and never had a problem before today, when we arrived order wasn't ready which is okay, but after a few minutes of waiting a worker approached us and said someone called to cancel our order. Neither me nor my friend called to cancel said order and no one else could have done that, they knew the name it was under and the kind of sandwiches off the top of their head but 89% sure they made the sandwiches then took them for themselves. Did offer to remake the order after a little an arguing, but didn't seem too happy. Don't care that much just lowkey confused because there's no way anyone could have called and canceled. Only took 10 minutes to get there from when we ordered and order said it would 20 minutes.

Despite being inside a Walmart, this Subway was very efficient and helpful I will definitely return. The employees are also very nice.
