  We had a fairly simple job, but it went perfectly. We used the self service “print & go” option. The documents we were printing were for a funeral service, and Tracy was especially kind and helpful and empathetic towards us during this difficult time. It was nice to have this go smoothly, one less thing to stress about. Thank you for your kindness Tracy! They also have a large paper cutter which was extremely convenient!

  Extremely poor service from a man named John. Unprofessional, aggressive, impatient, rude, disrespectful, and just plain mean. Grabbed the package out of my hand when I asked a question.

  The lady who works there with the glasses is NOT helpful at all. I ended up just walking out and went over to Staples.
