  Today I went into this location to ship a package. As associate named John was incredibly unprofessional and grabbed my item out of my hand aggressively. He was hateful, rude and disrespectful when I asked simple questions. I’ve never experienced anyone with such poor customer service skills. This will be reported to BBB and his supervisor.

  Let’s start here. They claim you can do what I need online and it’s cheaper. But having done this same project multiple times I am very well aware that I end up having to call every single time. When you email or call you pay more. But the service isn’t available online. Second… $31 for two sheets cut in half and laminated? Seems like we’re just writing any price price we want. Lastly… Just simply rude. FedEx take note your employee isn’t interested in getting customers to return or helping to make people understand. When to told him the price is too high and I’ll need to look elsewhere… he said “please do” 😆🤦🏻‍♂️ Don’t go here. Go to the one down on Bell, much more helpful.

  Speaking to a computer with no results for 10 minutes when I had a very simple question is ridiculous. I guess I take my business to someone else.
