    This place is bad. Crazy overpriced food and very rude and overall mean workers. Almost a hundred dollars for 3 subs total. The staff are terrible. We were surprised of the insane price for 3 subs and the staff acts like we are an inconvenience.

    Horrendous Subway experience. If you are expecting a quick trip for some subs before heading to an activity in Moab, this is not the place. The restaurant is severely understaffed (understandable). However, the service was so slow it took about 30 minutes from the time we walked In to the time we checked out, with only 4 people in line ahead of us. Then, my boyfriend was served a disgusting piece of turkey that was not sliced (about 2-3 inches thick and looked like it was meant to be discarded) on his sub. Lastly, the bathrooms were atrocious and not very well cleaned at all. The hand soap was a plastic bag placed on top of the paper towel dispenser (not insert into the soap dispenser). Honestly the type of experience that will probably prevent us from visiting any subway again in the future.

    I would honestly give 0 stars if I could. We went to Subway and from the very beginning the service was extremely rude. Since my English is not perfect, I first asked what kinds of bread they had. The employee just pointed at the board in an annoyed way, basically telling me to “read it myself.” There was absolutely no friendliness or willingness to help. After that, my sandwich was prepared and then it was my boyfriend’s turn to order. They put the wrong sauce on his sandwich, and he politely asked if they could make a new one. The employee then grabbed the sandwich and aggressively threw it into the trash can out of anger. After that, the two workers looked at each other, talked between themselves, and kept giving us dirty looks. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It honestly felt like the employees hated their job and were taking their frustration out on customers. That is why this experience was especially disappointing to me. I will definitely never visit this Subway again. Very rude staff, terrible service, and an uncomfortable atmosphere.

    The old lady who works here is very arrogant and disrespectful to us. No smile No greetings not even replying back to us when said HELLO. We are four people she is literally showing racism. Says toaster is down, no credit only cash. Not answering our questions, simply saying refer to the menu instead. Worst behavior by an employee. I hope management takes some action. Hire Good employees to make good business.

    Everything is not right here - none of Subway’s brand positioning, customer experience or quality is being delivered. The lady at the counter was rude, bread was not fresh, lettuce was stale as were other ingredients including tomatoes, spinach and peppers. The $17 veggie footlong was tasteless The restroom was dirty, no soap or toilet paper. They only accepted cash as their card machines were “not working”. I would not come here again. Not sure if Subway management is reading these reviews. I did think they valued customer feedback … unfortunately it seems, not any more.
