  This is a perfectly serviceable Subway. The food was good and service was efficient and polite. The price was high - but that's pretty much the only reason I see for the poor reviews.

  One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee who served us was incredibly rude, dismissive, and openly disrespectful, not only to us, but also to the customers ahead of us. It honestly felt like he was annoyed that people were there and went out of his way to make everyone feel unwelcome. There was no courtesy, no patience, and absolutely no professionalism. I can’t believe someone with this attitude is put in a customer-facing role. A single employee like this can completely ruin the experience and damage the reputation of the entire restaurant. We will never return to this location, and I genuinely hope management addresses this because no customer deserves to be treated this way.

  not nearly as bad as people seem to make it out to me, of course the prices are gonna be really large just because of how secluded this area is but honestly people work there just seem tired, but not rude
