  Outstanding service under pressure! Today, I witnessed Tristan expertly de-escalate, redirect, and support a frustrated customer who did not understand a coupon. This customer had a very large, highly specific order and was particular about how it was handled, requesting each sandwich be made one at a time, from the bread and meat down to the toppings. George handled the navigation of toppings with quiet diligence. At one point, a line of six people formed while this order was being processed. Despite the pressure, Tristan and George worked diligently, patiently, and maintained total professionalism throughout. They turned what easily could have been a negative experience into a positive one for that customer, while giving the rest of us a wonderful lesson in patience. Outstanding job!

  New girl on counter. BMT no cheese and left 1 of the 3 meats off. 2nd sandwich no cheese. They need better training.
