  Zero stars. This guy is super rude and incompetent. showed up at my home completely unannounced and just let himself onto my property. He boldly opened the gate to our backyard and started wandering around taking photos and inspecting the house. He absolutely terrified my kids, who were completely caught off guard by a strange man suddenly trespassing. When my wife went out to confront him about what he was doing, he didn’t offer a shred of an apology. Instead, he had the sheer arrogance to tell me to my face that he "didn't need permission" to enter my property. This is an unacceptable violation of privacy and basic human decency. He is incredibly rude, entitled, and has zero respect for personal boundaries. I highly recommend taking your business to an agent who actually knows the meaning of professionalism and respects their clients' homes. Avoid this guy at all costs.
