I’m honestly really disappointed with this Wingstop location. I usually love Wingstop, but this experience was terrible from start to finish.
When I walked in, it took about 5–6 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me or asked for my order. When someone finally did, she was mumbling the whole time, so I could barely understand her. She told me my food would only take “a couple minutes,” which was definitely not true.
While I was waiting, the employees were not acting professional at all. They didn’t have gloves on, were showing each other fight videos on their phones, and were talking the entire time while making food. It didn’t feel clean or serious at all.
After waiting a long time, they just left my food sitting on the shelf without saying anything. I ended up waiting about 10 extra minutes before going up to ask where my order was, and they casually said it was already sitting there. By that point, I had already been there for around 30 minutes.
When I finally got to my car and opened my food (mind you, it was my first meal of the day and I was starving), my fries were cold. On top of that, they gave me honey hot wings even though I’m allergic to honey. That’s not just a mistake, that’s dangerous.
To make things worse, the staff had an attitude when I asked about my order.
Overall, this experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and honestly concerning. I expect way better from a place like Wingstop. honestly, this is probably the last time I’ll ever eat Wingstop again.
