  We ordered 40 classic wings online. When We picked them and brought them home for a birthday party we noticed they were boneless and were very much overly cooked (they definitely were not a popular item at the birthday party). I called the next day to make a complaint about my order but the girl who answered did not care. She (Anna E) wanted me to dig into my trash can and bring them in to show them how overly cooked the boneless wings were. Let's just say we will never go back to Wing Stop. Total waste of money...

  I want to give a HUGE shout out for Anahi. The store from Mesa at 937 N Dobson. She went out and beyond with customer services. I place an order and I had three big bags and I accidentally dropped my wallet. I called the store immediately once I found out. She was very nice and polite to look through the store and then she went out of her way to look outside where I was parked. In the middle of the summer heat she didn’t hesitate to check. She still put her customer first. I never had a good experience at a restaurant like I did today. She definitely put a smile on my face and definitely Wingstop has earned my trust and loyalty. Thank you so much again Anahi!!

  I’ll wait in the line next time for pick up. Usually pretty good about taking care of people in the order they arrived. Got skipped over for a guy to place an order when I was clearly here first. With the customers order ready already. Poor service for the dasher and the customer getting the food. Might even complain they are cold now.

  The manager Anna is very rude here she said I lied about canceling my order when clearly I did I have proof I called here multiple times to cancel my order! My cancellation was clearly poorly handled. The people here are very rude and unprofessional. Don’t wish to order from this store again. And the store is very dirty by the way so be aware before you order from here! Thanks
