  I ordered food for a family dinner on the Wingstop app through this location. Upon arrival, my large ranch was upside down and all over all of my food. My food container were upside down as well, and it was turned into one giant ranch soup in a bag. I called Wingstop right away and they said that they can’t do anything about it unless I show up in person with the soupy food bag. I ordered delivery because I was unable to go in person, which I explained. They said to keep the bag and bring it the next day, and that they can just remake it not offer a refund. Then an hour later I got a call from the same Wingstop employee. He told me that he talked to his boss and he said they can’t do anything even if I brought the food in and to contact DoorDash or the delivery service. It was literally their app though, and they were at a loss for words and still said there’s nothing that can be done. $50 down the drain for food nobody could eat and zero resolution through multiple app complaints.

  I got to have their buy wings and get wings free deal on national chicken wings day it was so good I got their lemon pepper which is my favorite!

  Don’t order late night! They over there playing with people food and money! Has to be teenagers ! Every time I order around 10-11. They give me what ever!! Today I wanted to try the new Jamaican jerk ! My wings came half un sauced like they threw the bbq sauce on it and kept it pushing! Than my garlic Parm is SUPER WET! On top of that they gave me like 7 French fry’s. I’m so done with the night crew at this location yal done pissed the wrong pregnant lady off. . A waist of money and time. JORDAN IS THE MANAGER TONIGHT. THIS MAN OFFERED ABSOLUTELY NO SOLUTION JUST SAT ON THE PHONE AND SAID NOTHING .

  BS. App tells me my order is ready for pickup. They tell me 5 more minutes that was fine but proceed to make two more online orders which came after me. Waited 20 more minutes, even my name disappeared from their order list🤣 Update: all my 20 wings i ordered were bone in and guess what i got boneless in my order lol
