  I went to the UPS store and wanted to say Shakty was amazing with helping me with my needs. She deserves recognition she was very polite and very helful. I recommend anyone who needs help with any issue in the store she knows to address it.

  Customer service is always the first thing that people notice and in my mind it's the most important reason I use a vendor. When I'm shipping important items its not only stressful but making sure a package arrives safely in this environment when not everyone cares as much as they should I was absolutely impressed with Renee. Being a Sunday I was shocked at just how busy the store was but even with being so busy and Renee alone in the store ,Renee was on it, her attention to detail as she took her time to assist everyone politely and informative, she made me feel confident that I was sending my shipment with the right carriers . More times then not anymore you come across those types of employees that are in the job of providing direct customer service but in fact they actually don't provide it. Its was a pleasure to see the smile and the assistant as Renee took pride in her job and offered support while doing it. I'll definitely be using this store again and will recommend it because of it!

  What a great experience, thought I was going to be in line and waiting for a while, however Delia was able to help me with my multiple items while continuing to keep the traffic in the store moving. Thanks again for all the help again Delia!

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store thanks to Delia who was working today. She was very friendly and greeted everyone as they walked in. Even though she was working alone and was clearly busy, she remained patient, courteous, and willing to help every customer in the store. She handled everything with a positive attitude and excellent customer service. She truly made the experience pleasant. Thank you for your hard work!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I rarely leave negative reviews, but after several visits to this UPS Store, I feel it's important to share my experience. Every time I come into this location, I am assisted by an employee named Delilah, and every interaction has been unpleasant. She consistently has an attitude, comes across as dismissive, and makes me feel like I'm inconveniencing her simply by being there. This has happened on multiple occasions, so it's no longer something I can chalk up to someone having a bad day. What concerns me even more is that I've observed her interacting very differently with other customers. She is friendly, engaging, and welcoming with Hispanic customers (often speaking Spanish) and with Caucasian customers. However, when Black customers, including myself, are being helped, her demeanor noticeably changes. She appears impatient, cold, and irritated. I cannot say what the reason is, but after witnessing this pattern repeatedly, it has left me feeling that Black customers are not receiving the same level of courtesy and respect. Whether intentional or not, that's the impression these interactions leave. I understand being busy she often appears to be working alone but being overwhelmed is never an excuse for treating customers differently or unprofessionally. I hope the store owner and management take this feedback seriously. Every customer deserves to be treated with the same respect, professionalism, and courtesy, regardless of their race or background. Unfortunately, until that changes, I cannot recommend this location.
