    Cameron and Batima are GREAT but the store smells absolutely horrible. I don’t know how those ladies work with that smell (coming from next door)

    Employee (woman in her 30s)looked miserable and would rather be anywhere but there. Dismissive, rude and condescending are the best adjectives for her demeanor toward customers. I won’t be back in. She desperately needs coaching on customer service, self-awareness and non-verbal ques, like smiling, open and approachable stance. Sad, hope a manager take the time to coach her for success.
