  Cameron was very nice and helpful. She was patient with me and made sure I understood everything. You can tell she cares about providing good customer service. I had a good experience and would definitely come back.

  I am not one to write reviews but after multiple bad experiences with this location I have decided to share. First off I’ve been a repeat customer at this location for years. The staff there within the last 6 months is absolutely rude, unfriendly, and treat you like garbage when you come in to do in an Amazon return as if I’m inconveniencing them to do their job. This past Friday I came in with multiple Amazon returns and one of the returns was a backpack. The gentleman up front who was helping me mentioned that I would need to purchase packaging even though I brought the backpack in its original packaging, for some reason Amazon delivered the backpack in a clear plastic packaging which was what I brought. I mentioned that how I brought it in was how it was delivered to me. The gentleman then proceeds to go in the back and ask one of his coworkers if they can accept it the way it is and she marches up front with an attitude and goes “we can’t return the item in this packaging, you can either pack it yourself or pay us to pack it for you” and gives me a very rude condescending look like I was stupid, and proceeds to tap her fingers on the counter. I very nicely explained again that this was how it was delivered to me but that I can just purchase packaging from them and box it up, and when I did ask for assistance on what packaging I would need, the woman continues to have an attitude and goes “you can get a large envelope” so I picked one that looked like it would fit and bring it up to her and ask and she goes “that won’t work, we can just pack it for you” I respond with how much would that be? And she responds with “well you’re going to need a laptop box for this to fit so that’ll be $22.00” which I thought was outrageous but I just agreed to pay it because I just didn’t want to deal with that woman much longer and wanted to leave but $22.00 is absolutely ridiculous and if I would have known I would have to go through all of that I would have went to another location. Please train your employees to have better customer service than this. I’m always nice and polite and to be treated like this every time I come in makes me not want to come back in the future. I will not be coming back to this location and going to another one for anything I need in the future, do better.

  The staff is very nice, helpful and professional. However, there is a smell in this store that will make you vomit. Due to the puppy place. That is next door why do customers have to be exposed to that?And the employees

  I came in with a huge dropoff package and I was helped by Mustafa. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and caring. Great example of amazing customer service. Give the man a raise!
