    This UPS location has LOST 2 packages in 30 days!! The first time UPS just dropped my pkg off at an apartment complex office and had no idea how to track it! This time was worse … they literally LOST my package in their own facility! IT HAD MY PASSPORT! They hung up the phone on me… they said they would call and did not… they purposely did nothing!! Then they just sent me a check to close the case!!! UPS IS THE WORST !!
