    This was a bad experience. He wanted 90.00 to mail a very small box, didn’t weigh anything. I could almost get an airline ticket cheaper.

    The man at the counter was hostile, rude, and very argumentative right off the bat before I even did or said anything. I have no idea what I did but he was just aggressive immediately. The store accomplished everything I needed but the price was extremely high and I left feeling regretful about visiting at all. I won’t be back for sure. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at one of these stores.

    Best UPS store ever! The owner Krishna and all of his employees are so patient and helpful I never feel rushed when I am trying to prepare things to ship needing copies, notary, etc. Highly recommend!
