By far my favorite UPS store in existence. Thank you Maggie, Charley, Skyler & Willow. Every time I go, they are ready to assist and super friendly. You all turn a choir on my list into an enjoyable experience. I drive out of my way now to go to this store. Thank you!
I had a really frustrating experience at this UPS Store today while trying to return my work computer.
I came in with the computer, power cord, and the return instructions/barcode provided by my company. The instructions specifically stated that I was not to package the equipment myself and that the UPS Store would handle the packaging as part of the company’s return program.
Before really looking at the instructions I had brought in, the employee told me I would have to pay for the packaging. When I explained that my company’s instructions said otherwise, I was told, essentially, that it “doesn’t work that way” and that I would have to pay no matter what.
Rather than argue, I went back out to my car to contact my company and reread the instructions. They very clearly said exactly what I had explained in the first place. I went back inside and showed her again. At that point, I was told, “Oh, that must be another program.”
I then had to wait while she eventually took my phone, scanned the barcode, and discovered that yes, the return worked exactly as the instructions said it would and the packaging was covered.
What bothered me most wasn’t that she didn’t immediately recognize the program. There are obviously different UPS return programs, and no one can be expected to know every one of them. It was the way I was confidently told I was wrong and essentially sent away without anyone first taking a moment to actually read or scan what I had brought in. Once it turned out that I was correct, there was no apology or even acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
I find this location unnecessarily difficult to deal with. I only came here because my employer specifically instructed me to take the equipment to a UPS Store. A little patience, willingness to look at the information a customer is providing, and basic courtesy would have made this a completely different experience.

I am always amazed at how friendly and quick these people are. I have commented to them many times, Wondering how this place ends up with what seems like the best people, Especially in Arizona, coming from a Midwesterner. I almost only come in with Amazon returns, and they have always been Exceptionally nice, cheerful, - And I mean, notably so. If I have other business, I always come here even if it’s not the closest place.

I was there on a very hot Friday, at lunchtime! It was very busy. The girls all kept their cool, Moved things right along, and was very patient and friendly. Great job!!
Usually don't like to leave a negative review when my approach to the interaction wasn't exactly the nicest either.
Tried to send my trade in to tmoble with the packaging they provided (there was no box mentioned in their instructions). Rep proceed to repeat that I NEED a box. And that they are not responsible if the phone arrives broken to tmobile, Okay understood. Then proceeds to say we can do it for you but for a fee. She seemed bothered or offended that I did not want to pay for the store/her to package. I proceed to leave and she is still making comments about needing a box and ect, to me that is still arguing. My comment on the way out is theres no need to continue to argue I'm leaving.
Here's why I'm leaving this review. She then proceeds to comment very vocally that " I DO NOT NEED TO BE A KAREN"
If you can't de-escalate a situation or simply say "have a better day" and stay quite and move on from the interaction you probably need to reevaluate your customer services skills.
There are plenty of other reviews mentioning similar interactions with other employees at this location.
I will own my approach to it however the last comment the employee had on my way out was extremely unprofessional and unneeded as if she needed to be the one that's right.
UPS branch owner train your staff better on de-escalation cause it seems to be the issue here when either it's busy or people don't want to purchase a service.
