  think this place wins the cake for the rudest business I've been to. Avoid at all costs. Look at all the negative reviews left by other customers.

  I am writing to formally report an unacceptable encounter with your staff at the Power/Mcdowell Mesa ,Arizona store. I have been a loyal customer using UPS. The treatment I received unprofessional . I entered the store with a pre-labeled needled, for my Large Box. The opening of the box required a single piece of tape. The associate informed me that I either had to take the box home to tape it or purchase an entire roll of tape for $4.99 to complete the transaction. Because I already needed to pick up personal items, I left the box at the counter and walked next door to Albertsons to buy tape. When I returned, the employee (believed to be Vanessa) sarcastically questioned whether I "saved money" by going to Albertsons. She proceeded to tap a roll of tape hanging on the UPS wall, claiming I could have gotten a better deal there, and demanded to know what I paid. When I politely responded that it was not her concern, she became argumentative and combative. When I attempted to de-escalate the situation by asking to simply have my label printed and the transaction finished, the employee refused to service me and told me to go somewhere else to ship my box. I proceeded to the kiosk to print my label. I am appalled by this behavior. Offering a customer a single piece of tape to secure a shipment should not result in a hostile argument, financial interrogation, and a blatant refusal of service. Vanessa’s back-and-forth handling of this situation was entirely unacceptable.

  People at this store are always helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. Today a woman named Charley went way out of her way to help me. I couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to fill out some returns to Amazon, and she came over and let me use her phones hotspot. That sort of service is exceptional these days and she was helpful, happy, and a delight. I’ve had other great experiences and probably should’ve left reviews before.

  Skyler was great. He helped me lift my heavy packages and went to the car to get the rest. All voluntarily. His demeanor and personal appearance reflect well on UPS.

  This UPS store is the best I have ever been to! I have been selling a number of items over the past few months, and whether I ship one item or ten at a time, the staff are always helpful, friendly, and thorough. I am so grateful to have such a close location that has always been able to help me, and I would fully recommend this UPS store to anyone. Thanks so much for everything!
