  Here at 801 stood around and found out they cannot open since no one has the keys so they won’t be able to open until like 9am, highly unprofessional do not recommend coming here you will waste your time

  Noticed the last few times that I haven't seen the associates I believe their names were Cash and possibly Krystal, but I had asked and they said its under new management, and that the previous associates are no longer there. It's very refreshing to see all the new faces! I would go out of my way to Gilbert and baseline due to those girls with their so good attitudes towards not only customers but fellow associates. Will enjoy getting to know the new staff and manager!

  Place seems to be under new management. Douglas and every worker is super friendly and patient with all my questions. Will be making this my regular UPS store.

  Came to print 1000 pages of class material for tonight. Was immediately told that that amount of printing would be a form that I need to fill out that would take a few days to fulfill. Did the same thing at a different store a few weeks back and was able to instantly print. Seems these guys just don’t want to send files to their printers. Going to FedEx instead. Update: Ended up at the same UPS store I used last time at Baseline and Country Club and got my print outs done within 20 minutes. Unsure why UPS stores have different policies from one another leading to an inconsistent experience. The other store had less people on staff, had the same amount of customers present and yet still fulfilled my order on the spot. Whereas the first store gave me a lead time of next week.
