Mixed feelings... I used them times for shipping... One item was cologuard... 2 weeks later and I'm getting text messages and phone calls from cologuard claiming they never received my stool sample... Meaning? This UPS store, lost my sh*t...

Went in today to make a email copy and it was being used for over 400 copies. This is inexcusable I only needed about 6 copies and he couldn't stop the printer so I could use it. They should be able to stop a printing and restart it. The guy lied to me, I know there is a away. He was just to lazy to do it.

The worker Chad was friendly, knowledgeable, greeted me and was fast and efficient. This was my 1st time at this location and it was definitely a great experience. Thank you!

Noticed the last few times that I haven't seen the associates I believe their names were Cash and possibly Krystal, but I had asked and they said its under new management, and that the previous associates are no longer there. It's very refreshing to see all the new faces! I would go out of my way to Gilbert and baseline due to those girls with their so good attitudes towards not only customers but fellow associates. Will enjoy getting to know the new staff and manager!
