  I am done with this ups store . I started using pirate ship to save money for multiple pkgs . Well 3 weeks ago I shipped 5 pkg dropped at this store well 4 days later they had pirate ship double my cost on 2 pkgs . Ok I took the hit well Monday I had I box to ship so I took it to upse was way over charged 56 dollars mentioned it to the young lady and her response was well maybe it’s where your shipping to .. 3 weeks ago same address bigger box heavier after what they added the cost was almost the same .. was to be delivered today and nothing .. no pkg delivered. I’m so done I will use pirate ship for everything a take to the post office. These people have become very greedy. When I ship out usually over 5 boxes at a time nope I’ll take my business elsewhere

  In general, UPS Stores have very good customer service. Not so today. Was helped by a young woman with a brown asymmetric hair style (nobody wore the standard name tags) so my only way to identify her. There are people who are great at customer service, smile, greeting, keeping the customer up on what they’re doing. Got none of that. Clearly hates her job. Lots of UPS Stores eager for your business…just not here.

  The employees are always so very helpful. Even when they are busy, they are still kind and helpful. I'm glad to have a place to count on for Amazon returns and other services they have.
