I wanted to leave a review for the UPS employee I believe was named Ashwin. While I was there, a customer was yelling at him and giving him a hard time for at least 15 minutes, even though he was simply doing his job and explaining that he could not hand over someone else’s mail to a person who was not authorized to receive it… which should honestly be basic common sense.
Despite the situation, he remained incredibly calm, patient, and professional the entire time. On top of that, a line of about six people formed, and he still handled everything efficiently and with a great attitude. It’s not easy dealing with difficult customers while keeping your composure, and he handled it with ease and professionalism. Employees like him deserve recognition!!!

This location closes at 6:30pm and I arrived at 6:03pm. The owner said he could not take my Amazon returns since they close in less than 30 minutes. He told me to go to another ups location to scan and return the items myself. The 5 minutes I took talking to him, he could have taken my items. My husband called to ask if they accept any amount of returns prior to closing and they said yes.
So I went to another ups location 8 minutes before they closed and they took my returns with no issues and did it in 2 minutes. I will not be returning to this location. They should close sooner or have a sign posted.
I use this UPS Store frequently for Amazon returns, and the staff is always helpful, polite, and professional.
Recently, I was making a return when another customer ahead of me had 40+ packages to return, all with different return labels. The gentleman working was incredibly patient, handled everything with grace, and maintained a great attitude the entire time.
It was impressive to see such excellent customer service and professionalism, even in a stressful situation. Great customer service all around!

I don’t usually write reviews but I received such exceptional service that I thought it was important to share. I wish I could give 10 stars! The customer experience I had from this location was amazing! One of my Amazon returns got mixed up with some other return returns and left at the UPS store. As a result, it didn’t have a shipping tag. The owner of the store personally came to my home to get the shipping information so my package didn’t get lost. There are no words to describe my surprise of this remarkable act of customer service. In addition to this one very special situation, every time I go into the store, I’ve had great service.
