  Thank you for your efficient service today, Special thx to Paige for working so hard to meet my order's deadline today for business. I used to work extensively with Evan and he was spectacular. Newer staff now, but I was pleased today. 5 stars!

  Came to drop off a return. One of the two female staff at the front desk was too busy chatting with another customer to even acknowledge me. She never applied the new label, so a week later the box came back to my address. If you're busy chatting, just finish your conversation first and then help me properly — I'd rather wait than deal with that kind of careless service. Rude and completely ineffective.

  I think they are pricey compared to the Postal Service. But they pack your items with the utmost of care and will do their best to satisfy you in dealing with your items to be shipped.
