  I must say, I am a more demanding client. I don't want warm fuzzies that mask general incompetence. Vanessa surprised me with both her level of competency and her ability to pivot quickly on difficult questions. I rarely write personal reviews as I grant everyone the right to have a bad day on the job, but she is worth a special notice. I would definitely recommend both her and the Hernandez team in general.
