  I came in today at 430pm and two women were there when I ordered a chicken baja protein pocket and wasn't allowed to switched the grilled chicken with rotisserie, then they tried to argue that I couldnt heat my chicken. I looked it up online and it clearly stated the protein pocket comes toasted and allows switching chicken. Chicken is chicken grilled or rotisserie its the same price and it doesnt cost a dime to heat it. Then when they wrapped my food half of it was falling out. Its one thing to tell a costumer certain things arent allowed but to argue and lie isnt customer service friendly.

  Bread was stale, lettuce was wilted and brown, tomatoes were sliced so thin you could see thru them. Used to be my go to place, but will NOT order from here again. Last order was bad, so decided to give one more try and this order was as bad. Don't know but must be under new management and they don't care about their customers.

  Two stars only because the service was great. The food on the other hand… worst sub I have ever had in my life. The bread was so stale and hard I could hardly bite into it, lacked flavor, and overpriced. Not long after I got done eating, I got sick. No wonder they only have 3.8 stars. Step it up and have better quality food. Jersey Mike’s will get more of my business now.
