  Upon walking in the store to pick up my order; the women behind the counter didn’t turn around to acknowledge me. She just asked for the name of the order with her back to me. It wasn’t busy I was one of 2 customers. And the other customer was sitting down eating. I attempted to overcome her coldness with a warm greeting. She just said “hi” with a blank stare, and told me to grab the chips for my meal. I understand she may have been having a bad day. But it was still poor quality of customer service provided.

  Siempre compro allí, para mis desayunos, las chicas que atienden siempre son odiosas y mal encarada, siempre pido mi pan caliente y siempre me lo dan frío😡, les digo que lo quiero caliente y se molestan y me ignoran, hoy pedí dos combos del día uno sin lechuga y sin tomate y el otro combo sin cebolla y me dieron todo lo que no pedí. Siempre es la misma situación.

  Horrible customer service. Seems like the women working here are angry . Not a greeting when you walk in , they look at you with a nasty look and not a thank you .

  Okay, so me and my boyfriend went to this subway during a staycation. And we wanted food, but we went to subway, and his sandwich was the big Italian. 6 inch. And mine was the chicken bacon ranch 6 inch more like a 4 inch and burnt she put it in for 45 seconds, and my bread was stale and did not enjoy it. Had to warm it up in the microwave to get it soft enough to eat it and it's not that I have bad teeth im 18 and have completely healthy teeth. Her attitude was also like she didn't want to be there or work or really anything. So terrible experience when I try to have fun with my boyfriend out of the house.

  Did not think someone could mess up a sandwich but this lady just through everything in the center of the sandwhich and it was a mess! Terrible customer service as all the employees were yelling at each other while I was trying to order.
