  Absolutely unacceptable experience with Sheri Shull’s Allstate agency. Courtney was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help simply because she didn’t write my original policy. I was bounced back and forth between customer service and the agency, and when I called her again asking for guidance, she put me on hold without a word and never came back. This is not just poor customer service—it’s outright neglect. When someone is trying to fix gaps in their insurance coverage, the last thing they should face is hostility and indifference. If this agency can’t be bothered to assist someone in good faith, they shouldn’t be in the business of serving the public. Avoid this office.
