  Mr. Montes is a very nice polite person. I went to introduce myself, and he took the time that day to review my policies, made sure I was getting the best coverage and had all the numbers and information should I ever need it. His professionalism should be commended. Thanks!

  My agent is Sergio and he has been very helpful the whole time I have had allstate and there was a mix up on my end with what I had put down what I needed and when I asked him why my payment went up he responded back to me within a couple hours of what was wrong I had added things that I did not need and he was able to tell me what u was doubling up on and by the end of our conversation he was able to get my payment down by like $80 I have not had any issues with allstate or Sergio I switched from root to them and I know it was a great switch and plus I love the safe driving bonus I see myself with allstate for a very long time

  Sergio has always been responsive and helpful. Other agents in the past would write my business and then disappear. Not Sergio. He is always there when I need him and he always knows what to do. Highly recommend.
