  Manager was rude and dishonest. Brought in a package that needed to be shipped. Had my dog with me, on my shoulder, and told me it was corporate policy not to allow pets inside. There was no sign stating that and would believe a corporation such as this would clearly have it a policy to have a sign stating that in front of the building. Never coming here again. Can already see why this place has bad reviews.

  Guy lyed to me after driving there twice already I was a bit aggravated, dident know I needed my ID to ship something that’s prepaid shipping so needless to say after going home again, the third time I didn’t even need the ID because it’s already paid for the guy seen that I was shipping through eBay but didn’t wanna let me know because I was aggravated maybe and noticed my aggravation after the 35 miles three trips to the same guy I went to the manager last time he got me straight. The manager is cool. Sean Sean blew me around, wasted my time and my money not a recommendation to deal with Sean. Do you wanna come to this one off power in the 60 the manager‘s great assistant manager is great. Avoid Sean at least with my experience and it was not a great one horrible hour and a half of my time $20 in gas ruined my day.

  I finally learned how to use the self printers. Now im.here all the time printing. Super chill staff, helpful.

  Their whole system sucks. Email your document and you’re supposed to get a code back. Never got a code. No wonder their reviews are so bad. It’s a pain in the butt. The guy working the front desk was about as much help as a kick in the butt. Update: finally got the code 20 minutes after the store closed down. Drove 20 minutes to get here at 6:40 PM and the guy kicked me out exactly at 7. What a joke.

  The service was very fast. Very well staffed and helpful. Lots of options and things to buy to take care of whatever you’re shipping.
