Absolutely worst customer service experience ever! I canceled my order and Shawn the manager refused to give me a receipt to prove the order was canceled. He took it quite personally but I did not like the quality of the order. Customer service skills are definitely lacking these days!

Got here before close to ship a package. Two girls Kaylee and another employee were in a rush to leave and said to come back tomorrow because they close soon and a label takes ten minutes to create which it does not. Well I rushed over here for nothing. Might as well close at 6:30 if they can’t work till closing time.

Never been in a FedEx printing go facility came in there and when I went to the self service place area, I didn’t know how to get to black-and-white pictures instead of color pictures. I was told that then I have to go to the front counter instead of paying $.21 a copy I’d have to pay $.79 a copy for them just to tell me what button to push honest to God truth Went to Staples so accommodating maybe that’s why they’re rating is 2.9
