  Their whole system sucks. Email your document and you’re supposed to get a code back. Never got a code. No wonder their reviews are so bad. It’s a pain in the butt. The guy working the front desk was about as much help as a kick in the butt. Update: finally got the code 20 minutes after the store closed down. Drove 20 minutes to get here at 6:40 PM and the guy kicked me out exactly at 7. What a joke.

  The service was very fast. Very well staffed and helpful. Lots of options and things to buy to take care of whatever you’re shipping.

  Just a heads up for everyone picking up from here, be sure to have your ID and something proves your names and address matches, otherwise you wont get your package. I understand this is for precaution, but they DONT tell you ahead of time.

  I'm technologically challenged and Christina was very helpful and had a great attitude. Great experience. I'd use them again. Store was organized and clean.
