  Super annoying visit. I came in needing to drop off a package and needed to drop off receipt showing weight of the package. The clerks (both of them) said they were unable to do this. I told them that did not make any sense as there are lots of companies that can tell you that they got an empty box if you don’t have a drop off receipt with weight. I asked if a manager could help because this could not possibly be true, they refused to call the manager. I called another location and they said they have a workaround for this. Super annoyed I had to drive somewhere else. If you don’t know how to do something you should be able to ask your supervisor how to do it.

  Never wasting my time with fedex again this company is garbage instead of QR code I have to email label then wait ten minutes for code for fedex to print straight annoying I will never spend a penny with this company again time is valuable fedex dose not respect that I I suggest u p s stores way better
