I had a picture on my phone of a rma return label. Asked if there was any way to send an Rma without sending a code to a phone. I had the rma# and the tracking number. Asked if they have any other way to use the Internet to ship the box and was told I can pay for it to be shipped but it was large and already had an RMA to be sent back at no charge. Asked to speak with manager, assistant manager said he had been there 15 years and there is nothing that he could say that the first guy didn't already say. I let them know that printing a shipping label is a pretty simple part of what they do and they should figure it out and be less invasive to their customers. I was asked to leave, I pointed to the computers and asked what are those for. The assistant manager said for customers to use the Internet. I replied thats all I was asking for and the guy just kept saying what you don't have Internet on your phone? Incredibly difficult employees to work with. I will never return to this location again.

Shauna is obviously in over her head, which is fine, but her condescending tone is why I decided to do a review. I went to DHL and they immediately had everything ready to go in 10 minutes.
