  Surly group of women work here. Yikes. Been here a bunch of times they either hate working here or people in general. Try another office or ups people are definitely better. Parking lot is also a pit.

  This review is long overdue. I’ve been working remotely for more than 10 years, and I frequently need to print, package, and ship materials for events and projects. Over time, this FedEx location has essentially become my “office away from home” for those tasks. What motivated me to finally write this review is the exceptional professionalism, friendliness, and customer service consistently provided by this team. Casey, Luz, and the rest of the staff have truly become an extension of my own team, always going above and beyond to help in any way they can. Whether it’s troubleshooting why a file isn’t printing correctly, helping me navigate a last-minute project, or tracking down a shipment when all I can remember is, “that box I sent last Thursday or Friday,” they approach every situation with patience, expertise, and a genuine desire to help. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this team stands out. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and consistently willing to go the extra mile. I can’t express how grateful I am to have this store as a resource and partner in getting my work done. Thank you, Casey, Luz, and the entire crew, you are truly a gift. 10/10. Highly recommended!!!

  I went to the store on main Street Thursday May 21st I'm disabled and homeless I went in about before 6.54 pm the redheaded lady I told her I need to make some coffee tonight I need help brain injury and nerve damage from my whole body I want to wait there to get my copies of a Chandler section 8 housing application she told me that she was going to close the store and she didn't have time... that was my opportunity to get off the streets and not be homeless guess what since you didn't give me the copies that I needed I'm still homeless for a long time now 62 years old and she didn't care at all about me or anything

  Came here 11:30 on a Thursday and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The person at the desk was incredibly helpful and fast. They have printer to scan and print out your shipping label for free at the entrance. The place is clean. I also had to email yesterday with questions and the responses from Luz were fast and friendly.
