  They just put in a FedEx ship station North side of Power. I went there thinking I'd go directly to a FedEx place to drop off a scooter bought on Amazon we are returning . Fedex direct store refused It said there was a battery and they wouldn't take it. Took it to Power Postal (South side of Power) no issues always a smile and a great place and a local business

  The worst service I have ever received. Do not use this place. My packages all arrived damaged. I told lady I was shipping fragile China dishes which I double boxed, I asked her twice if they could place labels on my 5 boxes stating Fragile & This Side Up & she said Yes. However, she lied to my face & did not place Fragile labels on any boxes. One to two dishes broke in every box & one outer box broke & they put the inner box in UPSIDE DOWN so plates broke. These people are incompetent & lazy, and they lied to me. I am a senior citizen and I was not given the service I asked for. Why didn’t you tell me that you would not label the boxes so that I could go somewhere else & get service by qualified people. Do the staff here receive any sort of training or do they just not care. A year ago I shipped China dishes from a different Fedex office & nothing wad broken! Beware of this office!
