  I went in earlier and personally I had a good experience the girl there was very sweet kind and helpful. There was an older couple being helped by the male rep there. Once they left the male rep had some nasty things to say about them they were elderly and American and he was saying some racially discriminatory things about them they weren’t there to hear it but still not very kind or professional in my opinion.

  Tyrell has revived my faith in humanity and customer service in general! It is hard to find good customer service in the modern world. He was super patient even before we arrived at the store, as he confirmed the location. Once there, he was extremely patient as my mother had to transfer her old phone to a new phone. Tyrell was personable and just all around awesome! Thank you so much for making our day!
