  We had an issue with our phone and Raniyah did an excellent job, along with her manager. Great ambassadors for Cricket! I asked Raniyah and her boss how to increase the amount of rings before voicemail picks up on my wife's iPhone. Raniyah found the info internally and fixed the problem. Kudos to her and everyone at the Mesa Riverview Cricket!!

  I have had cricket service for 12 years but this store has the worst customer service. The 2 females who work there care more about money than helping their customers.
