  Went in to purchase an IPhone 15 for $629, with tax I assumed my total would be around $700. After the Associate Addie went to get the phone she told me the total would be $818 which I immediately questioned, she went on to tell me that sales tax is higher for IPhones but I know this would make the tax around 30% which did not make sense. After further questioning she stated that a Case and Screen Protector were already “included” in the total. I did not ask for these items as I had already purchased them prior off Amazon knowing I would be buying the phone by itself. All I wanted was the phone. She then went in the back and another male associate came out and again tried to tell me these items were “included”. If they’re “included” then why did the price skyrocket by 200 dollars?! I went on to say I DID NOT want the Case and Screen Protector which caused a visceral reaction from the Male associate and he became visibly upset with me saying they would need to contact their manager to remove the items that I DIDN’T ask for. Not my problem. They took off the Case but gave me a Screen Protector and I was exhausted from fighting these people so I just paid and left. On my receipt I also have a charge for “Bill Pay” which I didn’t want I don’t even know what that is. Additionally I was also charged for a protection plan I was not asked about nor did I consent to. I have been with Cricket for over a decade and this was the WORST experience I have ever had. This store was shady and upon calling them out I was literally bullied and argued with. This was absolutely ridiculous and I fear based on other reviews I will not be compensated. Cricket Customer Service cannot help me. Addie was at least very kind and personable so I am giving her some extra grace, the man however was very rude. If you’re the owner reading this please make this right!!!
