  Took my payment and they didn't apply it correctly and now my phone is shut off. This store is the worst. The employees have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!.

  I went in to the store to do a number port from another carrier and Jennifer helped me all the way trough, making sure all my questions were answered...very happy with her. please take care of her as is hard to find good employees. Thank you.
