  This store might cost cricket my service of over 10 years. We tried to return a phone it was seven days but it needed to be returned in 6 days, the employee did not know many specs of the phones when my wife bought it. I called the main office and no one called back, as of right now my wife wants to change phone plans and alot of it has to do with the level of service this store has given. I will also be reporting the store to cricket headquarters as well.

  The first service ever. Charges for everything..even charge u for paying ur bill.!! Crazy!!! Go to boost or metro PCS. Seriously.
