Went in to help update and put phone in working order. They were very rude and didn't really look at the phone. They said they couldn't help me. So I left frustrated but found another store near me that was very nice and helpful. They said they get a lot of people from them. Surprised they have any customers.

Answered the phone with just "hi". I thought I might have called the wrong number. Rude customer service. This is the reason why I'll be leaving cricket.

Employees are always ready to help, they’re very knowledgeable and have a great attitude. One of the cleanest store I’ve been too and they’re also bilingual. Highly recommend !
