  Went in to help update and put phone in working order. They were very rude and didn't really look at the phone. They said they couldn't help me. So I left frustrated but found another store near me that was very nice and helpful. They said they get a lot of people from them. Surprised they have any customers.

  Lady who answered the phone was incompetent and their staff clearly needs more training.. I simply needed a unlock pin for a phone I outright purchased years ago to use with another network provider and she said she would not be able to help me or give me an unlock pin... Even when I was capable of supplying the IMEI number, phone make model etc..... Wouldn't recommend their service to anyone.
