  It was a five-night stay and this was the most cost-effective option at $72+tax. The room setup is more like a motel than a hotel. The room is OK, wish they would mop the floors more often but the bed is comfy. The room is from the 90s with a bathtub and curtains in the bathroom. It's furnished with a desk and chair, a comfy single person sofa chair, a fridge and a microwave but no safe. There are sufficient light fixtures to illuminate. The room TV has Netflix and YouTube streaming options but the best part was the casting. The casting works seamlessly with an Android phone and is miles better than the tv.marriott.com crapola. Marriott, are you listening?! They have free breakfast for this price point with rotating hot options. It's mostly blah except as sustenance. The coffee is through a machine and it is one of the more decent coffee options of any hotel. We only had coffee during breakfast time and skipped everything else. I gave it three stars because the stay was good, but would definitely stay here again for the price point.

  The staff here were incredibly rude, rooms were dirty and smelled. Overall a horrible hotel and so much better nearby

  I was pleased to find this Best Western Inn near Banner Baywood Heart Hospital when a family member was a patient there. The Inn is large with a second story and outside entrances. There is no elevator. It is located 1.5 miles from the hospital, well-lighted at night, with wheelchair parking, and just across the street from a large shopping mall. There are restaurants nearby also. The staff was friendly and accommodating when a problem arose after I tried to add a night to my stay. This was resolved to my satisfaction. There is a free breakfast for all guests, a guest laundry, suite rooms, a pool, and other amenities to make one's stay comfortable. Children are welcome. This Inn also offers a discounted rate to guests who are there because of family members who are patients at the hospital. I really did appreciate this, as there were long days, early mornings, and late nights. I felt safe alone there at night too. I recommend this property.
