  The first time I walked in your establishment I placed the order for 30 wings you messed that up then you redid it messed that up never gave me my sauce to go with the wings. I asked them to be crispy. Give you a $10 tip and you still was incompetent so yeah do better and when you mess up an order. and when you mess up a order, you don’t go in there and cook the same food and give it to the customer. I spent $70 in that damn place and I got bullshit

  Went to Wingstop for the first time today, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed. I was helped by Lamar, who seemed pretty tired, but honestly I would be too. Food service is no joke, and I have a lot of respect for people working those kinds of jobs. He took my order and mentioned the survey, and I told him, “Bro, I’ll do it for you right now.” He seemed genuinely grateful and immediately perked up, which was my goal. I completed the survey, he took a picture of it, and then gave me my order. I live less than five minutes away, so it's not like the food was sitting in my car for any significant amount of time. I could have walked if I hadn't been picking up groceries. The wings were so incredibly dry that I genuinely could not chew them and had to spit them out. Even the skin, which I normally love, was unpleasant because it seemed severely overcooked and stale. It was dry and waxy, and I couldn't chew that either. My order came out extremely quickly. At the time, I assumed it was because I had just completed the survey for Lamar and he was just being friendly, but after actually trying the food, I couldn't help but wonder if the wings had been sitting for a while before being given to me. :( I spent about $26 and was only able to eat the fries. That's really disappointing for a first experience, especially at that price. I wish I had waited to complete the survey until after I tried the food. I wanted to do something nice for Lamar because he seemed like he was having a rough shift, but unfortunately, the food quality was bad enough that I don't see myself coming back.

  I tried to do a survey for the girl that help me order her name is emma and she did amazing she was so nice and helped me pick what to get !!

  I ordered wings via Uber Eats, and they arrived almost raw, even though I paid extra for cooking time. Another issue was that they had bits of feathers on them—disgusting! I definitely won't be buying from there again.

  i was really excited to see my order but after a bite of my fries i found what appeared to be part of an insect i immediately stopped eating because i wasn’t comfortable continuing my meal i took photos right away and submitted them through doordash. the manager said he believed it might have been corn but i didnt feel that my concern was taken seriously.. i didnt get help with a resolution or refund and the call ended quickly. i do wanna mention the employees an the door dash driver were polite and this review isn’t about them. my concern is with the food and how it is being handled in the end i wasn’t comfortable finishing my meal and had to request a refund through doordash
